1. Subject of the contract
These General Terms and Conditions apply to the business relations between www.companydata.at, Uwe Günther, Achterdiek 46a, 28359 Bremen, Germany (hereinafter "companydata.at"), and the user of companydata.at who uses the services and products on the websites of www.companydata.at. The object of the agreement is the sale of extracts from the Commercial Register.

2. Prices, Invoices and Delivery
Invoices from companydata.at are sent by e-mail in PDF format. The invoice amount includes 19% German VAT. If a valid EU VAT number is given, German VAT will not be charged. The delivery takes place on weekdays within max. 14 hours by e-mail.

3. Payment methods
companydata.at accepts the payment methods credit card, Paypal and by invoice.

4. Liability
In the event of breach of contractual obligations by companydata.at or its vicarious agents, companydata.at shall only be liable for intent and gross negligence. The liability of companydata.at is in any case limited to the fees that the buyer has paid to companydata.at for the company documents ordered and purchased by him. The company documents sold by companydata.at are taken from the database of the Commercial Register. companydata.at does not assume any guarantee for the company documents purchased and resold by the Commercial Register.

5. Right of revocation
The buyer has the right to revoke within 14 days after conclusion of the contract. The revocation does not have to contain a reason and must be declared to companydata.at in writing by letter. The revocation must be sent to: companydata.at, Uwe Günther, Achterdiek 46a, 28359 Bremen, Germany.

6. Alternative dispute resolution: The European Commission provides a platform for out-of-court online dispute resolution (OS platform), available at https://ec.europa.eu/odr.

7. Place of business, legal domicile, applicable law

Place of business and sole jurisdiction for all disputes stemming from this contract is Bremen (Germany). This contract is subject to German law. The execution of the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG) is excluded.
